U.S. Army National Capital Region (NCR) MATOC

CBG-PSS JV, LLC, a joint venture of Capital Brand Group and Pegasus Support Services, holds a Multiple Award Task Order Contract with the U.S. Army to deliver sustainment, restoration, modernization, and minor construction across seven installations in the National Capital Region.

What Is the National Capital Region (NCR) MATOC?

The National Capital Region Multiple Award Task Order Contract (NCR MATOC) is a long-term, multiple-award IDIQ contract administered by the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) on behalf of Installation Management Command (IMCOM). It enables Army installations across the National Capital Region to rapidly acquire Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), minor construction, renovation, and repair services from pre-qualified contractors.

Rather than conducting a new full and open procurement each time a requirement arises, installations issue Requests for Task Order Proposals (RTOPs) among the pool of NCR MATOC awardees. CBG-PSS JV, LLC, a joint venture of Capital Brand Group and Pegasus Support Services, is an approved awardee, giving installations a fast, fully compliant path to put our team to work on their facilities.
