Our team serves as the prime contractor providing Single Maintenance Action (SMA) services at the 559th Medical Squadron medical treatment facility at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Randolph, Texas, Building 1040. Our team provides full chiller replacement including associated chilled water and condenser water pumps, all electrical, controls, piping, insulation, and Building Automation System (BAS) integration, as well as cooling tower replacement and temporary chiller maintenance throughout the installation period.
